My phone is a Galaxy S8.

Every time I open the app it asks me to authenticate again. When I do that, it takes me into the app, but no files or prototypes load, and the mirror functionality doesn’t respond when I select a frame in the desktop app.

I believe there’s something up with my account, and this is preventing the data from flowing to my phone and also explains the continuous authentication requests. Any help is greatly appreciated, I love using the mobile app.
