Hi, I designed a file and created a duplicate pages and copied and pasted/placed those pages into another Figma file in early or start of month May. I am sure that I duplicated those pages and placed in a right sequence because I used those pages after once. But now I am just checking my Figma, the design file where I pasted my design not exist and I am unable to trace my file or designs. However I have checked version history of all my files and I also check deleted tab if I accidentally deleted my file. But no luck, I am unable to get the file from my Figma account. The file was not associated with any Figma team it was in drafts.
I have checked every single file by opening and exploring it manually. I tried my best but I am unable to find my file.
@figma can you please help me in getting my design back onwards from the month of May. I am sure I didn’t deleted my file but unable to find my file. Can you please backup my file of help me to recover me design

Hi there! Sorry to hear this is happening and, thanks for reaching out about this.
Can you double check if your file is only trashed, but not permanently deleted? (The good news is that we don’t permanently delete files from Figma unless you manually remove them from the Deleted tab in your Drafts folder (or you deleted the Project that it’s living in).)
To see all available files that can be restored, please make sure you also set the filter to “Created by Anyone”.

I have checked the deleted tab and k restored all of my files into draft page. I manually opened and checked each file and version history of all files individually but neither I could find the design nor the version history to restore. I strongly remembered that the file has never been deleted. However for my satisfaction, I reviewed and double checked all the files but there is no design available.
Can you please help me or is there any way to get that design back to my Figma?
