When selecting an element, a toolbar displays every time in a different location really annoying. Please create a pin button to pin the toolbar.

Can you please clarify what you mean by the tool bar? The FigJam tool bar should already be pinned to the bottom of your app, unless you choose to hide the UI with Cmd + \
Are you referring to the black tool bars that appear when selecting objects added to the canvas?
