I have verified education plan, but can’t access dev mood.

I’m uncertain about the specifics of your experiences, but I’d like to mention the two most common reasons why users are unable to access Education features like dev mode.
1. The file is not in the Education team
If this is the case, you might see “Upgrade” pop up appear when you switch to Dev mode. Please check if the problematic file is located in the education team. If not, try moving it there to access Dev mode. You can refer to the guide at: Move a file
2. You don’t have edit access to the file
If this is the case, you might see “Request access” pop up appear when you switch to Dev mode.
If you don’t have edit access to the file, you won’t be able to access Dev mode. This is true even if the file is in a education team.
