Difficulty find text layer variable

I have difficult to find the variable for text layer, i am a beginner in this variable appreciate the help

i have been following the youtube tutorials and i find its not clear.

Your gif shows you opening the variable window on the text layer, so I assumed you knew how to use that, and were asking about the attributes of the text (font family, size, spacing) in the same way as attributes of other objects.
