Differnce between blue and black icon on desgin file?

Hello there,

Today when I launch figma I saw that some design files icons where black whereas others are still blue. I was not able to find a answer online, so maybe some of you know what those colors mean?

Hi.
The blue icon is for the default Figma file, black is for the library. The file turned to the library file after publishing assets.
