Corner radius can't be changed for tables in Figma Slides

I’m having problems changing (or removing which is what I want to do) the corner radius of a table created in Figma Slides. I’m in design mode and the corner radius settings are there under ‘Appearence’ settings to the right, BUT for some reason it’s locked and can’t be changed.

Could this be a bug or is there something I’m missing?

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing this. I’m interested in learning how you created the table. Could you share the steps you followed? I tried to replicate it on my end, and everything seems to work fine, so I might be misunderstanding the situation.

Thanks!

Hi! I created the table with the table tool in slides mode:

Hi there,

Thanks for the clarifications! I checked internally and found that this is currently a feature limitation. I’ve passed your feedback along for consideration in future improvements to enhance user experience. There’s no ETA at the moment, but the product team will take it into account for future enhancements.

I’ve changed the post category to “Share an Idea” so you can gather feedback from the community.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Adding to this — not only would I also like to have the option to remove a Figma Slides/FigJam table corner radius, but if I add a background color to the table there’s a bug: The background color extends beyond the radius, which looks terrible.

In edit mode it looks fine:

When presenting, it looks like this:
