Can you check your comment settings within your file(s)?
If All comments is already checked, please try toggling your notification settings on the Figma side between “None” and “All comments” and back to “All Comments”.
Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately, that did not make a difference.
I only get notifications on my phone and e-mail, but not inside Figma or MacOS.
Can you try clearing your browser and desktop app cache?
Here’s how to clear the desktop app cache on a Mac:
Quit the Figma desktop app
Open Terminal.app and enter the following command:
rm -rf “$HOME/Library/Application Support/Figma/”{Desktop,DesktopProfile}
Try opening the desktop app again
Then, have another collaborator or someone from your team tag you directly in a comment within a file that you’ve selected Comment Notifications > Everything as a test?
If that still doesn’t work, I may have to refer you to our quality support team to investigate further.
Hey @dvaliao! I am experiencing this issue as well 🥲 I’ve already followed all the troubleshooting tips offered in this and other thread. Agreeing with Erika, this has been happening since the update. I’m using Figma desktop for iOS.
