There should be a function similar to grouping of frames but for the screens you create.
Like you can create folders of screen frames or components or even drafts that you have come up with to better organize your files and all the frames would be in those folders so they are easily accessible for the designer and developer, both.
But these folders will be visually present on the main page where you create screens.
