Error when creating a new team “an error occurred while creating this team”.
Please tell me how to solve this problem.
P.S. Reinstalling the program didn’t help.

Could you please check the following for us to begin troubleshooting?:
- Are you seeing this error on Figma’s web app or in the desktop app?
- Are you able to create a team if you login to the Figma web app in another supported browser or in your browser in incognito/private mode?
If it is only happening in a specific browser or only in the desktop app, please try clearing your browser or desktop cache to see if resolve the issue: Clear the Figma desktop app cache
If clearing the cache does not fix the problem, it appears that you might be facing a restriction on Starter, Student, and Pro plans. These plans only allow a user to be a member of a maximum of 100 teams.
If you have reached this limit, you will need to either remove or leave team(s) in order to create new ones.

When you reach out please include the information below:
- Your Figma account email
- Screenshots or videos of the issue
- Attach the exported console logs for that issue
