Allow users with licenses in another organization to edit files in your organization

We work a lot with designers from outside our organization.
Currently if we want them edit our files they need have a paid license in our organization even if they already have a paid license for theirs.

This doesn’t seem fair, a user should not have to pay a license for each organization they work for.

I think the whole user management dashboard can be improved.
Also the fact that not just the admins can give editing rights to documents.
