I was working on my private Figma document, and when I accessed it, a random user named ‘Nando Moura’ was logged into the document. When I searched for the user, there is no history as attached
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I guess the file’s access setting was probably set to “anyone with the link can view,” which might have allowed an unknown user to access it.
I recommend checking your file’s permission settings. For instance, if you set it so only explicitly invited users can access the content, this will help prevent unauthorized access.
Here’s a guide with more information if needed: Share files and prototypes
Additionally, Figma offers an activity logs feature on their Organization and Enterprise plans. If you are on one of these plans, you can check the logs as well.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any more questions.
Thanks,
Toku
