Variables for Dev Mode

Add access to variables in Dev mode.

The variables are needed to be visible in the Dev mode, because they want to see all variables when we adding new theme or make any changes, so it’s to hard and impossible to take all changes from the components and the plugins doesn’t match our way and needs.
