Hello,
Been wondering for huge minutes looking for a place to attach a boolean to a sub-component in a component… also saw people had such problems on the forums…
found it but… OMG APPEARANCE?
Come on… it should be in its Properties panel in Component Configuration!

There are more examples like this - tiny things that make the workflow broken…

Hi @MiloW - hearing you on the location placement. I believe this is something our engineering team is already evaluating, but I don’t have many details on that. I’ll mark this feedback for them for consideration in future updates.

Also - I retitled your topic. The original one was pretty vague, and I thought it needed more description on what you were trying to express. Feel free to re-edit it if you believe it can be better worded 🙂

This is super annoying! I applied a boolean on the parent component, and I can’t select a subcomponent or layer to apply the boolean show/hide. Where did it go?

OMG that was so hard to find! And confusing!

I had to go to “Appearance” and click add

  1. I had to go to “Appearance”
  2. Click on add
  3. Choose “property” which is confusing because it looked like it was going to create a variable for me, which is what the icon is supposed to be!
