Don't save empty design files

As an Spanish keyboard layout user, I often make the mistake of creating a new design file with ctrl+n, because in Microsoft Word, that is the command to convert text to bold. But all those files are empty and have the name “untitled”

(i know it sucks, changing office language would make relearn excel altogether)
