You could use this to achieve a delay before showing a tooltip for example. I am finding the workarounds to not having this feature buggy and not successful in achieving such a simple use case like the delay on showing a tooltip.

This would be so good to have. E.g. when hovering a tooltip, I want to have some delay before it is displayed.
