Allow keyboard shortcut [ shift + ] to hide just the left UI panel, but not the right

Thanks for the feedback! Let me share a similar workaround for this. It may not be the direct solution, but you can minimize the left navigation panel after selecting layers;

I hope this helps but I know it’s not ideal for you. I will keep sharing feedback internally.
