Lost file control in figma- No Side bar, Toolbar is visible . Please help!

Lost file control in Figma- No Sidebar, Toolbar is visible. When i was working on that file suddenly the file loaded automatically i lost control of the file. There is no comment, no click option is visible. From the dashboard I again draft/copied the file but still no sidebar, toolbar, or click option was visible. Then I checked my other Figma project, and all those are ok. Please help me to solve this.

Use Figma in Figma Application, i used to use Figma in browser. It was a browser problem.

I also have the same problem, I edited and worked normally on my personal work file yesterday afternoon, but when I came back in the evening, I only had too much view permission, no more edit permission. I have never shared it with anyone, please help me re-grant edit permission to this file. I have logged in several times and it is still the same, how to solve this problem?
