Icon Size Difference in Dev Mode (Layout Size versus SVG Size)

We currently struggle with Icon sizes in figma. All our icons measure 32x32 px. Our Devs now noticed that there are different sizes displayed in the Dev Panel. For Layout the measurements are correct: 32x32px. But in the SVG section it says: 32x33px. This is the case for several Icons, some are single components, some are part of a component set.

Does anyone have a similar problem? How do I solve this?

This often happens when icons are placed on sub pixel coordinates. Like 100.6 instead of 100.
