Figma version 124.7.4 Windows App is missing top title bar and buggy launching

Version: 124.7.4

After updating Figma, the top title bar of the Figma client is missing. I’m unable to move, minimize, expand, or close the client. I’ve reinstalled Figma twice and the issue is still persisting.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any idea on how to fix it?

I’m able to open Figma if I launch it twice.
