I am using the new Figma Desktop App version 125.2.3. 

Ever since I have updated this I am having issues loading files and the client crashes quiet frequently. This is now becoming quiet disruptive when I am trying to make progress with the work I am doing.

There is also another issue where I get a -2 Error (Figma not connected to the internet) or something like that when I have internet.

Can someone help please?

Hi there, would love to collect a bit more information so we can investigate. Could you confirm if the Desktop app is fully crashing or if it is a specific file tab that is crashing? 

 

Could you also share the debug log with our team? There are steps to gather that here. If you could export the log and share with our team by attaching it to this form we can look into it. 🙏

It is the desktop app that is fully crashing and not relating to a specific tab or file.

 

I have submitted a form with the error log.
