I have a prototype that only uses [navigate to → after delay] interactions. That flow can be interrupted if the user wants to change a setting in a modal view. I would like to use overlays to make this but when you close the overlay it does not reset the after delay interaction. This seems like a bug. please fix so that when you close an overlay it resets the clock on the after delay interaction on the base screen. Thanks

Hey Darrin, I’ve changed the category to ‘Ask the community’. Could you share a screen recording with us so we can take a better look at it?
I have the same issue, have you found any solution yet?
Hi there,
Could you share a screen recording to understand what you want to achieve?
Thanks,
Toku
I´m having the same issue, I have the first overlay (the one that keeps showing up) with the option “close when clicking outside” but it doesn´t closes.
Hi there,
Would you be able to share the screen recording and the file link with access to support-share@figma.com? It won’t affect your billing. I hope I can investigate it further.
Thanks,
Toku
Many people are having problem with other options not working after applying after delay animation.
The one stop solution is to create two layers, one normal frame and other with the layer wanted to use as after delay.
Connect them using prototype slide in, direction as you want, time and tick on animate matching layers.
This way we will get after delay animation effect with all the buttons working properly as well.
