[urgent] Hi, since this morning I can’t access my file on the Figma app when I’m the owner but when I’m on the web browser I do have access (so not a licence problem). Please help as I need to work on the file asap. Thanks!

I've noticed that you've already submitted a ticket and received a response from our support team. They recommended clearing the app cache. Could you please try this step first?

 

If you continue to experience the issue after clearing the cache, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account—the one with access to the file.

If you are logged into multiple accounts in the desktop app, please try switching between them in the file browser to see if you can then access the file. You can refer to this document: Switch between accounts

 

If the problem persists after trying these steps, please reply to the existing ticket so our support specialists can provide further assistance.
