I understand the limitations of support for Starter accounts, but I'm reaching out again because this is not a minor issue — a critical file I worked on for months has disappeared without explanation! It's not in Trash, wasn’t deleted, and no team was removed. The file simply vanished, and I’m left without a trace except for a screenshot of the design. This is deeply frustrating!
I had been seriously considering upgrading to a paid plan, but this lack of support in a time of real need has made me lose trust in your platform. I’ll now be exploring other providers who offer more reliable service and accountability.
Please escalate this message internally. Losing user data without any accountability is not acceptable.
