Can't submit Plugin update

Hi,

I tried to update my simple Plugin, which I originally added back in 2022. Unfortunately, I got an error which is blocking the update. I also noticed that when I click on the “Permissions” tab the dialog box closes right away. So I don’t know if there is missing something.
I also don’t use the E-Mail address anymore, which I added back in 2022. I have no access to it anymore. Instead, I would like to change to the one I use in my account.

Any idea what is going wrong?

I understand you're seeing error messages when you try to update your plugin, and the "Permissions" tab is closing unexpectedly.

 

Based on the error message in your screenshot, it looks like you'll need our support team's help to get those account details updated so you can publish your plugin.

Just to confirm I've got this right: you want to edit your plugin page to change the support contact email address and then be able to publish a new release, correct? Once I get that confirmation, I'll check with our internal team on how to best assist you with this!

Yes exactly. I have no longer access to this E-Mail address.

Well, I noticed that I don’t have to make any changes in the permissions tab anyway, as I was able to see that it is about a possibility to add collaborators. I don’t have anyone to add there.
