A way for admins to batch pay for and manage plugin licenses

It would be helpful if Admins could purchase plugin licenses and assign them to users as needed.

Why
Admin would not have to chase expense reports for every users each month nor have to share credit cards and expend hawk like vigilance on the monthly credit card receipts in case a plugin kept being payed for while nobody used it.

How
the same way you currently allow plugins and we could have a check box to add payment of the plugin to the main Figma billing. The payment API could also have an opt-in to allow creators to give a batch discount on multiple licenses.
