Report a Problem

Hello,After Figma Desktop auto-updated to version 126.11.7 (Windows), I can no longer export PNG files directly to a folder in Google Drive for desktop (virtual drive G:, a Shared Drive).Steps to reproduce:1. Open any file in Figma Desktop 126.11.7 on Windows.2. Select a frame and export it as PNG (1x).3. In the save dialog, choose a folder in Google Drive for desktop (e.g. "G:\Drives compartilhados\...").4. The export fails with the error: "Failure to save the file. '<filename>.png' could not be saved. The remaining files will not be saved."What I already checked:- The destination folder exists and I have write permission (other apps save there normally).- No file with the same name exists, the path is short (163 characters), and there is enough disk space.- Exporting the same frame to a local folder (Desktop) works fine.- Launching the previous version (126.10.13) still installed on my computer, the export to the same Google Drive folder works perfectly. So the problem started

Hello Figma Support,I would like to request a refund for my recent subscription purchase.I subscribed expecting the AI tools to help me build and refine a website efficiently. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I spent approximately nine hours trying to achieve basic layout changes, repeatedly explaining the same requirements and using credits on results that did not resolve the issues. After investing considerable time and effort, I decided to move the project out of Figma. The service has not delivered the value I expected when purchasing the subscription. The AI did not work either, it does not follow commands. Please review my account and let me know whether you can issue a full refund. I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this directly with your support team. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, I intend to share an honest account of my experience on Trustpilot, including how this request was handled. Please confirm the next steps and any in

Hello everyone,I would like to ask about an issue I encounter when using the Outline Stroke feature in Figma. Here is my workflow: I create a vector path using the Pen tool. I use the Bend tool to curve the path. I apply a stroke with rounded caps. I right-click the path and select "Outline Stroke" to convert it into an editable vector shape. However, after applying Outline Stroke, unexpected inward-pointing path segments appear at both ends of the resulting shape. These segments extend into the filled area and become visible as unwanted internal lines. This happens consistently regardless of the stroke weight I use.I would like to understand: Why do these inward-pointing path segments appear at both ends? Is this an expected result of the Outline Stroke operation? Is there a way to prevent this from happening and obtain a clean outlined shape? I have attached screenshots illustrating the issue.I would appreciate any explanation or suggestions. Thank you!

I accidentally pasted a whole frame I had in my clipboard, which is a super long text, to the search bar in Figma. And now the main page is in the infinite loading loop - refreshing the tab, and killing the Figma app doesn’t fix the issue.

I’ve been having issues uploading videos for the past few days. The ‘Invalid video was removed / Error uploading video’ line pops up every time. I’m using Figma Desktop app on Mac, and the file isn’t in drafts. I’m using a Professional account, only logged in to that account. I’ve also tried logging on to the web version on Chrome and SafariI’ve been uploading videos to the same file for the past year, all created in After Effects - 1080x1920, H264 around 10mb/20mb per video. It works when I upload a video one-by-one, but stops after 5 uploads, then pops up with the error message ‘error uploading video. please try again’ or ‘invalid video was removed’.  I’ve tried every solution so i’m open to anything

Title: Payload CMS creation button stuck loading indefinitely in FigmaHi everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with the Payload CMS integration in Figma. Whenever I click the "Create" button, it just enters an infinite loading state and never completes the process.I've already tried multiple troubleshooting methods, but nothing seems to work. The button simply keeps spinning indefinitely, with no error message or indication of what's going wrong. This is particularly frustrating because I'm completely blocked from continuing my project until I can get this working.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known bug, or is there a workaround that could help?I'd really appreciate any assistance, especially from the Figma team, since I've already spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this myself. Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to open a link but get a message “Unable to open file” - Looks like there’s an issue with this design file’s sharing settings. Can it be that it’s accidentally has been deleted or moved somewhere? How do I go back in history to find this Figma board?

Dear Figma Community and Support Team,I am writing here because I am in a desperate situation, and I sincerely hope someone from Figma might be able to help me.Today, November 5, 2026, I accidentally deleted my Figma account just a few hours ago.My graduation is next week, and my graduation project, which I have spent countless hours working on, was stored in that account.I have already submitted an official support request, but because my graduation deadline is so close, I am reaching out here as well.I understand that account deletion may be permanent. However, since only a few hours have passed, I desperately want to ask whether there is any possibility of recovering my account, retrieving my project files, or obtaining any remaining backups.Even if restoring the account itself is impossible, recovering just my graduation project files would mean everything to me.I know this was my mistake, and I deeply regret it. I am sincerely asking for just one chance to recover my work.If anyon

Dear Figma Billing Support Team,I am writing to formally escalate my billing dispute regarding an unexpected charge of USD 69.28 on my Figma Professional subscription. My subscription started on 5 October, and I specifically selected only one paid seat, for which I agreed to pay USD 23.60 per month. However, I was surprised to see that my November billing reflected two seats, resulting in an unexpected charge of USD 69.28.I want to make the following points absolutely clear: I never selected or requested a second paid seat. I do not have any team members who require paid access to my Professional plan. I never knowingly authorized an additional paid seat or agreed to the additional charges. I have already shared my October invoice reference JTBK7WL0-0001 and raised this issue under support ticket #2244829. I have also requested cancellation of my Professional subscription because I cannot continue with unexpected charges that I did not authorize. I have already provided all the n

Bucket fill tool is not working correctly even if the selected path is fully closed. Excluding a closed path within the vector with (-) causes the other excluded regions to get filled again. Occures when the initial fill color is already applied, works fine is there’s no fill to start with. Is this a me problem?I cannot attach a gif to this entry for my life bro 💀

Hello Figma Support Team,I noticed that I was charged [$42] for my Figma subscription, but I believe I had already cancelled my subscription last month.I was not expecting this charge, as I understood that my subscription had been cancelled and would not renew. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and help process a refund for the $42 charge.Could you also confirm that my subscription has been successfully cancelled to prevent any further charges?Thank you for your help. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Figma team and community,I submitted my plugin **Uniqode: Dynamic QR Codes** for community review approximately one 2 week ago and it's still showing the "In review" badge with no update.https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1695389236416738606/uniqode-dynamic-qr-codes I've checked my email (including spam) and haven't received any rejection notice or request for changes. The plugin has been tested thoroughly and the manifest is cleanA few questions:1. Is there anything I can check or fix on my end to move this forward?2. Is there a way to get a status update or estimated timeline?3. Is a more than 2week review period normal currently, or is there a backlog?Happy to provide any additional information, answer security questions, or make changes if needed. Just want to understand where things stand. Thanks for your time.

Hi all, and hopefully someone from the Figma team, I can't publish my first plugin. In the publish window the Publish button is disabled and it says: "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed." What I've done:- Opened support request 2240170 on 3 Nov 2026. I only got the AI agent's reply, which said it has no self-serve verification step. I replied the same day asking for a human agent to verify the account, but there's been no answer since.- The only account changes were when I set it up on 3 Nov: verified the email and turned on two-factor authentication with a recovery code. Nothing has changed since. Plugin details:- Name: TweakTick, plugin ID 1699415281090522465- It sends the frames a user selects, as PNGs, to their own TweakTick workspace using an API key the user creates. Network access in the manifest is limited to the TweakTick domains. No payments inside Figma. Questions:1. Has anyone seen this message and got it lifted? How lo

Hello Support Team,I’m unable to complete Figma MCP OAuth authorization in the latest version of Antigravity IDE on macOS.In the Figma plugin’s Accounts tab, I see a field labeled “Paste code” and the instruction “Paste the code shown after you sign in.” However, clicking Restart sign-in does not open a browser or produce any visible response, so I cannot obtain the authorization code. The Website link in the same plugin window opens my browser normally, so the issue appears to be specific to the sign-in flow.I have already tried:Fully quitting and restarting Antigravity IDE.Signing in to figma.com in my browser before retrying.Clicking Restart sign-in again.None of these steps resolved the issue.Environment:Operating system: macOSIDE: Antigravity IDE, latest versionFigma plugin version shown: 2.2.163-agy.82ddeba0OAuth domain: mcp.figma.comRequested scope: mcp:connectCould you please help me restore the sign-in flow, or provide instructions for opening the authorization URL manually?I c

Hi, I submitted the OAuth app review on October 7th and I see that the review takes 5-10 days, but we haven’t yet received a response. I’d like to confirm that we’re in queue and see if there’s an update on timelines as it seems like there’s high review volume and reviews have been delayed for quite some time now. Thank you!

That’s all 🤓

Hi Figma team,I need the email changed on my Figma account and can’t do it myself. The account signs in with Google SSO through my old company domain, which has expired. Settings shows “Managed by Google,” so I can’t edit the email. To remove SSO I’d need a password-reset email, and that address can’t receive mail anymore. I’m still signed in to the account in my browser and can verify ownership however you need. I’m the Admin of the team on this account, which is on a paid plan.I opened ticket #2241101 through Fig, but it was filed under the old address, so I won’t see any replies. Please reach me at the email on this forum account instead.Happy to send the old account email by DM. Could someone change the account email to my current address, or escalate the ticket? Thanks,Alexander

I made a simple change by adding a label to a button in the layout, and it consumed 176 credits. I'm struggling to understand how Figma Make credits are calculated. If this is the expected usage for such a small change, it doesn't seem very practical.

Nested variant receives incorrect fixed width and padding only inside a slotI’m encountering a layout issue with a nested component when switching its variant inside a native Figma slot.Hierarchy:List Item Group → Slot → List Item instance → Subcomponent with Icon/Checkbox variants → Checkbox instanceDesigners can switch the subcomponent between Icon and Checkbox. Outside the List Item Group slot, switching works correctly. Inside the slot, switching to Checkbox applies incorrect layout values:Property Outside slot—correct Inside slot—incorrect Fixed width 24dp 48dp Padding 12dp 2dp These are actual values in the properties panel, not just a visual rendering difference. The width remains Fixed, and the incorrect width is not defined in the source variants.Steps to reproduce: Place a List Item instance outside the slot. Switch its nested subcomponent from Icon to Checkbox—the layout is correct. Place a List Item instance inside the List Item Group’s slot. Perform th

Hello Figma team,I have been facing the issue of certain colors from my variables are not shown when I am trying to apply it to the texts. The colors that I have created are all shown when I open the Variables tab from the left, but when I try to apply it after selecting any element like texts it doesn’t show all the colors, but only a few from each group under that selection. I am attaching two images:One image show the varaibels collections, with the red box indicating 4 colors under destructive group. 2nd image shows the arrow mark indicating the variables shown after trying to apply for a text. but it shows only one color instead of 4.

Dear Figma Support Team,We are currently using Figma for Jira v1.0.16-AC on our Atlassian Jira Cloud instance. The app is currently flagged as "Legacy" in our Atlassian Admin panel, and there is no Update option available on the Marketplace. As Atlassian has announced the end-of-support for legacy app platform frameworks in January 2027, we need to understand Figma's roadmap for this app.Could you please provide: Is Figma for Jira being actively maintained and migrated to the Forge platform ahead of the January 2027 deadline? If yes, what is the expected release timeline for a compliant version? If the app will not be updated, is there an official alternative or replacement you recommend for embedding Figma designs in Jira? We would appreciate a response by end of September 2026 to assess our options in time.Thank you for your support.Best regards,Majd RekikHanseVision GmbH
