I love the new addition of Figma Motion and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. In particular, the ability to export an animated SVG is fantastic and saves me so much time authoring animations “by hand”!ProblemI do however have a problem with the exported files. When I set up my animation in Figma, everything looks great. Exporting it as SVG adds additional transform attribute to the group, which (if it has animations) completely displaces it by said transform. When I remove the transform attribute from the group, the layout is fixed and resembles what I can see in Figma.I suppose the source of the problem is somewhere in the code that parses the animation set up in Figma and converts it to the SVG animation keyframes. As the keyframes already specify the position / translation, the additional transform on the group moves the entire group an breaks the offsets specified by the keyframes.ExampleMy example uses two rectangles with rounded corners, both of which are within a mask gro

The problem is very simple. And it makes me go completly crazy 😂When I have various elements, I used to select all and auto layout them. but now it modify automatically the size of the element within the auto layout frame. I don’t know how to keep them when I’m creating an auto-layout.

I understand that the Education Plan is intended for educational use.I have one specific licensing question. If I create 100% original vector illustrations and SVG graphics from scratch using Figma (without using Community assets, templates, plugins, AI-generated content, or any third-party resources), am I allowed to upload and sell those original designs on Adobe Stock?Or does the Figma Education Plan prohibit any commercial sale of content created with the Education Plan, even if the work is entirely my own?I would greatly appreciate a clear confirmation so I can fully comply with Figma's license terms.

Hello, I am looking to change my email for my student account, but that has not been working, whenever I try a new email id and try to verify it. The verification link pops open and gives an error “ Sorry, your link has expired or is malformed.” I tried with 3 different ID’s but it ended up creating a 3 new figma accounts. I would love to get some help regarding this. Cause, I do not want to lose all my school work.

Hello, I am trying to run through the MCP OAuth protocol to register a client on the Figma remote MCP server, running into an issue when calling the registration endpoint.After discovering the registration endpoint via the /.well_known/oauth-authorization-server call, I call the registration endpoint via:curl -sS -v -X POST "$REG_ENDPOINT" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{    "redirect_uris": ["http://127.0.0.1:53195/callback"],    "grant_types": ["authorization_code","refresh_token"],    "response_types": ["code"],    "token_endpoint_auth_method": "none"  }' I get back from this a “Forbidden” response and without this response I can’t continue the OAuth protocol.Does client registration have limitations to prevent it from working on different domains and url callbacks at the moment? I am doing this in a context outside of Claude, Cursor, etc..

I have Claude Code CLI installed, and whenever I open Figma Desktop my Mac grinds to a halt within about a minute.Turns out Figma keeps running claude plugin list over and over in the background — I watched the process count jump from 13 to 200+ in under 20 seconds. Each one takes real CPU to start, so my system load goes through the roof and it starts swapping like crazy. Only fix is to force-quit Figma.Some things I found that might help track it down:- Not caused by any plugin — checked, none of mine run this command.- The command and strings like claudeCLI are baked into Figma's own app files, so this looks like your built-in check for installed dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc).- There's a flag called hasCheckedInstalledMcpClients already set to true in my settings, but Figma keeps re-running the check anyway.- Tried disabling the related feature flags manually — Figma just reset them back on next launch, so this seems server-controlled on your end.- Did a full clean reinstall

Hi everyone,I’m testing the new Figma Motion feature and everything feels very intuitive so far, but I’m running into an issue with video playback.The Motion animation itself works correctly, but any video used inside the animated frame stays frozen on its first frame. This happens both in the Motion preview and in the exported MP4.At first, I thought the issue might be related to using the video as a background fill. However, I also tried placing the video as its own separate layer/object inside the frame, and the result is the same: the video still does not play. It remains frozen on the first frame.So the issue does not seem to be related to the video being used as a background. It seems more like Figma Motion is treating video fills/video layers as static images.What I have checked so far:The video is inside the animated frame. HiCould I kindly request a refund for invoice number 35B3270F-0004 and 35B3270F-0003. This charge was unexpected, as I no longer have a need for the service and had intended to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Unfortunately, I overlooked the cancellation process, and the subscription was automatically renewed. Since the renewal, I have not used any of the paid features associated with the Professional plan. I have also canceled the subscription to prevent any future renewals. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and consider issuing a refund for this charge.

It’s been half a year. I’ve been noticing that the components and instances sometimes are disappearing after you created them and used within the file. They’re not just hiding themselves, but removing all the content inside of them, leaving only the filling color. In the version history, they are also broken and not visible, no backup, only recreating them again. Wasted so many hours throughout the last months, reacting the same components or rewriting same text. It’s so annoying and should be fixed immediately. Thank you.

Hi Support Team,I've attached a screen recording and a screenshot that demonstrate the issue I'm experiencing.The page causing the problem is named "System & Design." As shown in the attachments, all other pages in the design file open normally. However, as soon as I click on the "System & Design" page, that specific design file freezes and becomes unresponsive. Figma itself does not crash—I can still switch to and work on other design files without any issues. The problem only affects this particular page within this specific file.Could you please investigate what might be causing this issue and help me restore access to the page? I’m testing out Figma Motion to make a glorified presentation (I know, very original). But when I play the prototype, every time a frame that has motion on it appears next, its normal appearance shows first, then fades in with the motion I added, as intended. This is creating a flickering effect while trying to present. This flickering doesn’t happen while in Motion mode, so I’m assuming it has something to do with the way motion frames and layers show up in prototype mode. I’d appreciate tips and/or a fix on this, Figma!Is this flickering with presentation mode with Figma Motion happening for anyone else?Secondly, I want to request that frames with Motion can be turned off in presentation mode. This would be a great option for when I am just testing things out and don’t want to present just yet. Or when I want to make sure storyboards and frames flow well before getting distracted by the motion. Would others appreciate a toggle to turn Motion on and off in Present mode?(That second re
