Why figma not supporting "Spread" function for without fill component and frames?

Hey @Avipsa, thanks for reaching out!

This is just how the feature was built. By default, Figma will not display drop shadows through transparent areas of the layer, so to apply a spread shadow to a frame or component, you must have: Clip content enabled and a visible fill with at least 1% opacity.
