Do you have any experience with using a Figma account with many designer subcontractors for several projects?

I’s seems a very simple question but I am not sure if there any opportunity to connect two different Figma accounts maybe, to see the exact same desingns in both (but only the designer can edit it.) Because asking for access to many different accounts can be messy. But if the designer already has a separate account, we don’t want to pay twice because it’s unnecessary.

So what do you think what is the best way to see all the projects in one Figma account whit different subcontrators?
