Hello,


I signed up with Figma and ONLY purchased 1 FigJam seat last month. This means my monthly invoice should be approximately $7 CAD. This month, I was shocked to see that I was being charged $28 CAD because of the addition of a Design seat. I did NOT authorize this change. I was NOT notified of this change prior to billing. I contacted the customer support team (ticket #1009238) on May 24 and have not received a response yet.


Please advise on what next steps I can follow to have this problem resolved and a refund issued.

Our team is experiencing higher volume than usual, but they’re still trying to reply as quickly as they can. Yesterday was also a holiday in the UK and the US, so we didn’t have our full support team online.
