I haven´t use Figma for 3 weeks as I was travelling and now when I log in I have files that have disappeared completely on a project I am in progress of development.
I m really panicking now.
Did it happen to anyone before and how can I recover it?
Thank you so much
Hey @Jennifer_Deiana, thank you for reaching out!
Can you try going to your Drafts, then opening the Deleted tab. Right-click on the file and click Restore. The file will then be restored to the project it originally lived in.
To see all available files that can be restored, please make sure that you also set the “Created by” filter to “anyone” rather than “you.” You, and anyone else who had access to edit that file should be able to find it and restore it this way.
Here’s a guide from our Help Center with more information on this: Delete and restore files.
If you’re not able to find the file under the deleted tab, are you able to check your browser history for a link to these files or ask a collaborator for a link? I could then create a support ticket for you and the support team can help track down the files.
Thanks,
Gayani
