While selecting the image or creating any component, instant access of these tools not working. Next, I have to close the design-file. Then, I will access the tool.

Does it happen on browser , desktop app or both? When it happens, if it is on the desktop app, please try to clear out the cache and force-quit to see if that helps?
To cover some grounds, please also make sure that you meet the system requirements on Figma and your browser configuration.
