I want make a swap between 2 librarias, but when i open the atual libraria, the button swap doesn’t appear. Can you help me please?

You opened the current file library details, not another library. You can’t swap library to itself.
Ok, but I want to change this atual library to another one. So , the button to swap should be in this library, right?
You can’t swap local components to non-local (external library) unfortunately. You need to move them to a new external library first.
