When you hover your mouse over the corner of an object, the rotation and stretch icons begin to change each other very quickly so that it is impossible to click on one or the other. Why is this happening and how to solve?

We’re aware of this issue in the community and know that it’s primarily caused by having another app, such as Photoshop, running in the background. This will not occur if you only have one app running at a time.
Can you please confirm if that’s the case for you as well?
