I have a design file named Innoson Mobile app to control vehicles, and I’m the owner of the file, but I can’t seem to find the file anywhere on Figma again.

I tried to access it from my community notifications because people had duplicated it, but I can’t see it.

I gave someone an editor role, and I don’t know if she was the one who tampered with it. Please help me.

I’ve noticed that your previous ticket in our system has been closed. I will reach out to our support team to ensure that someone follows up on the ticket for you. Our support specialist will be in touch to investigate further regarding your specific file.


In the meantime, you could also try reaching out to the person whom you granted the editor role for the file to see if there have been any changes to its location.


Also, kindly prepare the URL for the file in question to share with our support team.

You may find the URL in the following places:



  • Your web browser’s history

  • previous conversations with colleagues

  • “File” > “Recently Closed” menu in the desktop app.

I wish I had the URL somewhere, but I used the desktop app throughout the duration of designing on that file. I haven’t gotten a reply yet via email too
