Question

Prototypes buttons touchpoint moving around when scrolling down and up

Ailin_Herzk

I’m working on a prototype where user can scroll up and down a landing page, but when scrolling back up even though the button is sticky the place to interact with it seems to have moved. So when someone taps on the button nothing happens and it highlight way above the button even if there’s no interactible section there.
I was planning a usability test today but I wouldn’t be able to till this is working properly. I have tried already several things like disconnecting and reconnecting, closing and opening Figma, restarting, etc.
Is someone going through the same and have a recommendation on how to fix it?

Hey @Ailin_Herzk - I don’t think this is a wide-spread problem with prototyping/interactions (at least not at this moment).

I can’t really tell based on your description off your message alone, though. Are you able to provide us a copy of the file you’re working on, or a screen recording of both the design and prototype preview to help visualize this?

I have the same issue, posted about it here with a screenshot.

Unfortunately I can’t take screenshots of the project. So I recreated using shapes, hopefully this is clear enough.
