Prototype not loading in Google Chrome

I cleared Chrome cache and tried incognito window and enabling OpenGL and nothing worked. I ended up downloading the app and it worked, but we can’t require our clients to do that.

Same problem here. I embeded the Figma prototype inside webflow, and it neither load while I’m editing inside webflow nor on the finished and published website. I changed another browser and it can load.

I’m creating a portfolio by embedding the prototype, so all the above solutions cannot work for me because it will be random people who use chrome to view the prototype, and they will not be clearing their browser cookies for that.

Please let me know if I can do anything to fix on my end, and I wish this issue can be solved asap. Thank you!!

Can you please check if you’ve tried the following steps:

• Clear cache
• Update to the latest browser version
• Confirm you have WebGL installed and enabled
• Check if the same issue occurs in an incognito window or after disabling any running browser extensions?

I’m also having this problem in Chrome, even after trying the above steps.
Crome version: 129.0.6668.101
MacOS: 14.6.1 (23G93)
Any ideas?
