Can’t switch to professional with student plan
Dear Support,
I created an account today and signed up as a student, and my education plan was confirmed. When I checked, it says I got the starter plan, but I needed the professional for my Google Coursera UX design course. I clicked “upgrade to professional” and indicated that I am a student multiple times, but it keeps showing that
starter is my current plan. I tried to approach Support, but was redirected by them to the Help Center. Could you please check what is wrong with my access?
