Can't switch to professional with student plan

Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this, also I apologise for any errors as English is not my first language.
I created an account today and signed as a student, I got the educational plan. When I checked, it says I got the starter plan, but I needed the professional one. I clicked “upgrade to professional” and indicated that I am a student multiple times, but it keeps showing that
starter is my current plan. What should I do?

You’re now all set to create an Education team, or upgrade an existing team to our Education plan and access our Professional features for free and collaborate with other Education users on your teams.
