Mobile app does not mirror

Hi, I am currently using the Figma & Figjam mobile app on iOS 15. My goal as a user is to be able to login to my figma account on the web app, find a design I’d like to mirror onto my mobile device, and mirror it.

When I opened my mobile app, and enter the mirror mode via the bottom tabs. I see “Select a frame or component”. So I selected a frame, but my mobile app does not displayed the selected frame.

  1. Make sure you’re logged into the same account on both devices.
  2. Make sure you’re selecting a top-level frame, and not just an arbitrary element.
  3. Try on a different network, or using mobile data instead.
  4. Charge your phone to ensure it’s not in reduced data mode to save on batteries.

I am having this same issue. I can’t see specific pages but I can see other pages from the same Figma file.

Same issue - checked Figma account, network, battery I charged… Sometimes it works, sometimes not 😦
