My company recently changed our email domain, so my email address changed as well. Now, when I log into Figma using Google SSO with the new email, it sees me as a new user and I can’t access any of my old files.


The problem is, the old email address is now deactivated, so I can’t log in with it anymore to transfer files or anything like that.


Does anyone know how I can get my files back or transfer them to my new email? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Be sure to use your current Figma account email and loop in your previous email as well.
