Just to clarify, the Education plan is specific to each team, not across the entire account. Based on our backend information, it seems that you have access to 2 student teams.
Are you receiving an error message when trying to create a file within one of those student teams?
If so, to help us gain a clearer understanding of the issue you’re encountering, could you provide some additional details?
- Please share the team name where you were trying to create the file?
- Could you please send a screenshot of the page you are seeing the error messages?
