I was working on a board when Figma notified me I was not able to access the board anymore, I can also not find it logged in with another profile. It’s not in my removed files either. I need the board for work purposes, it contains a lot of information.

Do you have the file names or URL links of the files? With more info, we can try to see what happened on the back end.

The only file I was able to locate that seems similar is this one.
The file is within the team Templates. You need to select the Templates team from your file browser in order to see the files within it. You can switch teams via the caret next to your current selected Team under Recents.

I took another look, and I think I found the exact file here. It’s within the team: Enterprise CX
If you were recently kicked from the team, then yes - you lost access to the file when/if it was moved.
But if you’re able to contact the file owner, you can request access the file.
That’s the one, great! I have requested access again hopefully that works I have no clue what that team is or who is in it. Thanks anyway, I’ll have something to go after now!
