Question

Is this a animation bug in Figma?

I am trying to make a new animation for a page inside Figma, and the whole screen just vanishes. It’s like it “crops” the whole screen size and I cant revert it back. The only way is closing the screen/prototype and opening it again. If I’m using the Figma app on Mac, I have to close it and reopen the whole app again so I can see the prototypes with the default screen size I created again.

Can someone help me?

It seems I can upload videos!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. That does sound strange. It could be a scaling issue. Can you press Z on your keyboard while in presentation view? This lets you toggle between different scale options to find one that better fits your device size. I always try this.

Figma Learn - Help Center

If the issue persists, can youtry clearing the cache?

Please let me know how that works, but please feel free to let me know if I am missing points. In that case, would you be able to share the file link with access to support-share@figma.com? It won’t affect your billing. I hope I can investigate it further.

Thanks,
Toku
