No, the current REST API only gives you access to files. There might be something similar to this on the Enterprise plan in the future.

Are their any news here? My company would like to track cost automatically and with the current setup this always has to be made over payed billings or has to be tracked manually on Figma…
Additionally i think this api should be open for everyone in a paid plan - not only for the enterprise plan…
