Is it possible to create multiple screen design in one design itself!

Right now our team is designing for multiple screens basically a webapp , So I was wondering whether there is a simpler way to create design a design and reflect the same to bigger screen size. ( for eg - creating a web app design and reflecting the same to the website ) without any major work.
Is it possible?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hey All, thanks for reaching out!

Right now, it is not possible to create one design that will auto-adapt to multiple different screen sizes.

To mimic the behavior of a responsive design, you still must design separate frames at varying screen sizes; each with its own prototype setup.
