Question

Interaction doesn´t show up in preview but exists in prototype

I´m creating a prototype for a touch-display, and the user can switch between frames and interact with the information.

In the prototype editor, I´ve connected all the nodes correctly, made sure to add the right settings (click on > navigate to > …). It should all work, hypothetically.

But when I preview the prototype (the play button in the upper right corner), some of my interactions don´t seem to show up. The icon that I connected the interaction from doesn´t even show up as a clickeable shape. Does anyone know why this could be and how I can fix it?

It´s only the icon that doesn´t work, unfortunately, it´s on nearly every frame so that´s a bit of a bummer. I´ve checked, and it´s not a component either, just a normal shape.

Did you get the solution? I’m experiencing the same thing.

Hi there,

Do you see any hidden frames around that icons? If possible, would you be able to share the file link with access to support-share@figma.com? It won’t affect your billing. I hope I can investigate it further.

Thanks,
