I am writing to inquire about a billing discrepancy I have noticed regarding my Figma Professional Team Plan subscription. I initially subscribed to the plan with monthly payments starting on July 22, 2024. In July, I was charged KRW 23,404 (FIGMA MONTHLY); however, in August, I was charged KRW 45,266 (FIGMA MONTHLY), and in September, I was charged KRW 45,032 (FIGMA MONTHLY).
I have not invited any additional team members, and I am the only person using the plan. I would like to understand why there is a significant difference in the amounts charged between July and the subsequent months, as the charges for August and September are nearly double.
Could you kindly provide clarification on the reason for this price increase?
