‘Import from manifest’ does not appear to work

‘Import from manifest’ does not appear to work. When I click the button nothing happens. I’m trying to install the necessary JSON file to import my designs into After Effects. There is no longer a ‘development’ option under Plugins (Windows), but I did find the ‘import plugin manifest’ option in the new UI. The problem is it doesn’t open up File Explorer so I can locate the JSON file to upload. Please advise.

If you are talking about AEUX, it’s an ancient project that doesn’t really work. Try searching Figma Community for plugins that can do this.

Yes, I was talking about AEUX. But I’ve resolved the problem. Apparently, you have to use the app. What other plugins are you referring to? I only know AEUX.
