When our team upload numerous images in the same page for research, image load speed getting slower, then not showing. If I click the image, then shows up slowly. I understand that large numbers of image cause this issue but it’s essential to collaborate within the team. Are there any ways to fix it in the system, or just internet problem?

Image loading issue

Hey @hb.lee, sorry for the trouble!
Figma only downloads high quality (larger than 512 by 512 pixels) versions of images in your current viewport. For images outside your current view, Figma loads a lower quality version to improve performance when you first load a file.
Because of this, when you have a lot of high-resolution images in a file, your images may look blurry at first then will load the high-resolution images as you continue to explore the file.
To help speed things up, you can try the following:
- Close and reopen the affected file
- Close any other Figma files you have open
- Check your internet speed and connection to make sure your device is online
- Using Figma in the browser: quit your internet browser application, then relaunch it.
- Using the desktop app: right-click on the file’s tab and select Reload Tab.
